CHILD POLICY

We regret to inform that we DO NOT receive clients with children under 7 years old.
No charge for child under age of 12 sharing in parent's room and utilizing existing bedding. (without extra bed - breakfast not included)

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% charge for rooms cancelled within 3 days from check in date or later.
50% charge for rooms cancelled within 7 to 4 days from check in date.

PROMOTION

During low season period a 10% discount on above prices will be applied to all reservations of 3 or more nigths at our lodge.

Xe Pian Protected Area Entrance fee

Please be informed that effective from 1st January 2009 the local authorities started to charge an entrance fee to the protected area (along the road to Khiet Ngong village) in order to support environmental policies in Xe Pian, the fee is 30.000kip per person and it is valid for a 7 days stay in the area. This fee is not related to Kingfisher Ecolodge.

In order to better serve you, we accept online reservation inquiries only if received at least 76 hours before the day of arrival, if you are requesting for a reservation within 3 days from check-in date please call by phone +856 (0)30 5345016.

Reservations will be held until 12 PM of the first day reserved unless prior arrangements are made.

If you need to book a transport from Pakse (we cannot arrange transport from other localities) to our lodge or from our lodge to another destination we can help you, please fill in the relevant fields.
We will confirm the transport price with our booking confirmation email.
