* Not suitable for adults, please note that the extra bed is a smaller bed than a standard one and it will limit the room space because bungalows and eco rooms are designed for 2 people only.

Reservations will be held only until 12PM of the first day reserved, unless prior arrangements are made.

Please note that space at Kingfisher Ecolodge is limited therefore it is advisable to book your room in advance, see below form at the end of the page.

We also accept payments in foreign currencies (Euro, Thai Baht, US$) at a rate slightly lower than the bank.

Banknotes too worn or even slightly torn will not be accepted as local banks do not change these banknotes.

Latest time for check-in is 21:30, at 22:00 the reception is closed.

Breakfast: from 07:00 to 09:00
Lunch: from 11:00 to 14:00
Dinner: from 18:00 to 21:00
Bar service: from 07:00 to 22:00

Please note that our restaurant/bar is closing at 22:00 in order to guarantee a quiet stay to all of our guests.

CHILD POLICY

We regret to inform that, dueto the nature of our rooms and restaurant, we DO NOT receive guests with children under 7 years old.
No charge for child under age of 12 sharing in parent's room and utilizing existing bedding. (without extra bed - breakfast not included)

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% charge for room/s night/s cancelled within 3 days from check in date or later.
50% charge for room/s night/s cancelled within 7 to 4 days from check in date.

PROMOTIONAL RATES

During low season period the following discounts on room rate will be applied to all reservations of 3 or more nights at our lodge:

Comfort Bungalows: 20%
Eco Rooms: 10%

For all clients renting a car from Europcar Vientiane, Kingfisher Ecolodge will grant a 10% discount on the regular* room rates.

All clients staying at Kingfisher Ecolodge will have equally right to a 10% discount on regular* rent rates at Europcar Vientiane.

* Rates which are not subject to a promotional campaign. If a promotional rate is effective during the period, the lowest rate applies.

Xe Pian Protected Area Entrance fee

Please be informed that effective from 1st January 2009 the local authorities started to charge an entrance fee to the protected area (along the road to Khiet Ngong village) in order to support environmental policies in Xe Pian, the fee is 20.000kip per person and it is valid for a 7 days stay in the area.
This fee is not related to Kingfisher Ecolodge.

we cannot guarantee that all cards will be accepted.

In this case payment by cash will be required. For this reason we kindly request you to be sure to have the total amount to be paid available also in cash before arriving at our premises because, close to the lodge, there is no bank or ATM service.

In order to better serve you, we accept online reservation inquiries only if received at least 76 hours before the day of arrival, if you are requesting for a reservation within 3 days from check-in date please call by phone +856 (0)20 55726315 or (0)20 99671574.

Reservations will be held until 12 PM of the first day reserved unless prior arrangements are made.

If you need to book a transport from Pakse (we cannot arrange transport from other localities) to our lodge or from our lodge to another destination we can help you, please fill in the relevant fields in the online form.
